This policy explains what information the Cyber9, LLC website at cyber9.us collects, why, and what we do with it.
CUI notice
Do not send CUI, FCI or ITAR data through this website or by email. Contact us to arrange an authorized secure transfer.
What we collect
- Readiness assessment. If you submit the assessment form, we receive the details you enter: company name, your name, email, phone, the answers you choose and any note. We use them only to respond to you and prepare for a conversation.
- Clicks on contact links. On our sales page we count clicks on the Book a call, phone and email links. Each count records only which link, the page and the visitor's country. No cookies, no names, no IP addresses are stored for this.
- Booking a call. Booking links open Microsoft Bookings, which is covered by Microsoft's privacy statement.
- Staff sign in. The staff area uses Cloudflare Access, which sets a sign in cookie for Cyber9 staff only.
- Hosting. The site is served by Cloudflare, which processes standard request information such as IP address to deliver and protect the site.
What we do not do
We do not sell or rent personal information, we do not use advertising trackers, and we do not use third party chat widgets.
Keeping and deleting information
Assessment submissions are kept for as long as needed to respond and follow up. Click counts are kept for up to three months. To see, correct or delete information you sent us, contact us below.
